The property
Located between Fano and Pesaro, in the hills of Belgatto, in Italy, surrounded by 12 hectares of fields, 8 of which being biological olive groves, the property consists of one main villa, and a second one : the small villa. The distance between the two is 200 m only, and they are connected by a private path.
The main villa has a pool and a tennis court, both for exclusive use.
Several rental possibilities are proposed, for a three-night stay minimum (seven in summer) :
- ground floor only of the main villa, for up to 10 persons
- ground floor of the main villa plus one apartment at the first floor, for 11 to 25 persons
- for a stay of 26 to 30 persons, the small villa can be rented in addition to the main villa
- finally, it is also possible to rent the small villa only, which can accomodate up to 5 persons, in simple and charming conditions.

Rossini Opera Festival
A few kilometres away in Pesaro, the Rossini Opera Festival is held every summer. It is known worldwide for programming the famous composer’s operas in the town of his birth. This is one of the most important classical music festivals in Italy. The villa has an upright piano, and makes a great location for a summer holiday for music lovers who can enjoy the high quality productions of the festival in the evening.

CULTURAL holiday
A hundred art cities, thousands of churches, (including 200 Norman and 163 sanctuaries), 34 archaeological sites, 71 historic theatres, the highest density in Italy of museums and art galleries and 315 libraries that house more than four million books – all this makes the Marches an important but unjustly neglected region. It also offers many protected countryside areas: two national parks, 4 nature reserves, 15 national forests.
50 minutes away, the magnificent city of Urbino is worth a trip all to itself. The ducal palace now houses the art collections of the National Gallery of the Marches (Galleria Nazionale delle Marche), one of the most important museums of Renaissance art, where several works by Piero della Francesca can be seen.
Close to it are the towns of Pesaro and Fano which also provide opportunities for cultural discovery of remains of the Roman era, art galleries, and some elegant monuments.
Bologna, Rome, Venice, Florence, Assisi, Perugia … all is only a few hours away, thanks to the excellent road and rail network.
If you wish, a professional and qualified guide can accompany you in your various excursions and provide explanations before and during visits in your own language. They can offer a personalized cultural program for you and your family at your own pace.

Enjoy a week or more in the country to put yourself first and enjoy a healthy lifestyle.
A balanced diet on one hand, with a weekly menu proposed by a professional dietician taking into account your tastes, your state of health, and of course enjoying the delicious regional food.
We can also offer a fitness programme, designed for you by a sports coach who will accompany you throughout your stay. Sports activities are at your own pace, according to your desires, your needs, and your abilities: gymnastics, pilates, yoga, bodybuilding, walking, running in the grove, mountain biking, swimming (in summer), and tennis.
A series of professional home massages are also offered to fully relax and remove all your tensions.
OLIVE TREE holiday
Enjoy a week or more in the country to learn or participate in gardening activities specific to the olive grove.
In autumn, it is possible to take part in the harvest and then discover the pressing mill to make the oil. Learning is the main objective of this thematic stay. « Virgin, » « extra virgin », « oil of the first pressing », colours of olives, subtlety of taste, all these subjects will hold no secrets for you. All volunteers are welcome…to help with the harvest, without necessarily getting tired!
In winter and till early spring, enjoy an introductory initiation to olive tree pruning provided by a professional gardener. Feel free to practice your new skills, but under the benevolent eye of your coach gardener!
CUCINA holiday
Enjoy a week or more in the countryside to discover Italian cooking, especially in the Marches, one of the tastiest food in Italy.

Your chef invites you to choose a menu at the beginning of your stay, taking into account your tastes, desires and cooking experience. Then together you can choose the pace of your cooking classes that will be offered on the spot in the kitchen of the villa, just before …the tasting session!
Twice a week, your coach goes with you to the very picturesque and varied market in the city centre of Fano, to choose food ; it is also an invitation to discover regional cheeses, gorgeous vegetables and various local food.
